A feature to be added to Notify the Manager when a holiday has been cancelled or amended.

With a calender image at the end of each absence record, you should be able to jump straight to the report (calender). The configuration should be automatically populated with the details from the specific absence clicked.

It would be good to be able to record lateness with time of arrival, (how late in minutes) and reason given. If OC could alert against employees who are frequently late in the same way as sick is managed all the better.

A feature where you can view a calendar in whole month at a time to see number of staff off at any one time.

After sumbitting leave request I'd like to see a summary of what I have requested before final submitting to my line manager for approval. (start date - finish date - number of countable days against my entitlement)

At present after a holiday is booked if it needs to be altered you must cancel and re-request.
Could the system be amended to accomodate changes with an update to the Approver to approve changes made.
