   Allow Half day submission of Sickness Absence

   Add within the Sickness a facility to record half days

   Let the holiday approver know what the conflitct is

   When approving holidays if there is a conflict flagged it is unknown what the conflict is, so you either ignore it of decline!!!

   If there is a policy conflict the status will show as In Review and there is a link next to the status showing x policy conflicts. If you click on this link it will take you to the details of the conflict, i.e. which policy or policies have been breached.
